Terms of service

These terms apply to every booking with Kali Heart Holistic (Kali). By making a booking you agree to them.

1. Who can book

Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over. Kali may decline or end any booking at her discretion.

2. Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed once Kali has replied and any required deposit has been received. Prices are in Australian dollars and are listed on each service page. Package prices apply only when the package is paid in full.

3. Your health

Please tell Kali about any medical conditions, injuries, medication, pregnancy or mental health concerns before your session. Tantra counselling and Mystic Tantra Massage are wellbeing practices. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and do not replace care from your doctor or other health professional.

4. Respect and boundaries

Every session is held with mutual respect. Kali will end a session immediately, with no refund, if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or does not respect her boundaries.

5. Online sessions

For online counselling you are responsible for a private space and a stable internet connection. Time lost to connection problems on the client's side cannot be added on.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies.
