What we collect

When you send an enquiry or make a booking we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, city and anything you choose to share in your message or intake session.

How it is used

Your information is used only to reply to you, arrange and deliver your sessions, take payment and, if you ask for it, send you newsletters. It is never sold or shared with anyone for marketing.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session stays between you and Kali, except where the law requires disclosure or there is a serious risk to someone's safety.

How it is stored

Enquiries arrive by email and booking details are kept in secure, password-protected business systems. Information is kept only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Newsletters

You only receive newsletters if you tick the box on the booking form. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking form sends your message by email and nothing else.
